I know exactly how you feel because I was there too. Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, I was constantly battling fatigue, pain, and a host of other debilitating symptoms. My diet was filled with fast food and processed snacks, laden with sugar, dairy, and gluten. Despite my best efforts, nothing seemed to help. I felt trapped and defeated, starting to believe that maybe this was just my new normal. It was like Groundhog Day but without the laughs.

Hey, friend! A little about me ...
I taught middle school for 15 years, and now I'm teaching adults to embrace their worth and listen to their bodies so that they can have a better quality of life.
I've been on my own health journey since May 2021 when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's. That was a wake-up call for me!
So, I dove into research mode, made some lifestyle and food changes, and am taking back my health.
I've learned a lot along the way, and I'm ready to help other women. There's nothing wrong with wanting to feel good and enjoy life! If you agree, then I'd love to chat with you!
